A seasoned powerhouse of the indie comic scene, Carlos Trigo takes the helm as lead illustrator for this volume. Based in Spain and working actively for the US market since 2011, Carlos brings his talented touch and high-octane energy to Excavator. With a massive portfolio that includes Crimson Society (Action Lab Comics), Hero Hourly (21 Pulp), and Mixmancer (Epigamics), Carlos is the perfect veteran to drive our tale into its next frontier.
And draping these loving illustrations with vibrant colors is Emmanuel Pérez! Emmanuel or Manel is a Buenos Aires-based illustrator and sequential artist. With a deep love for fantasy, sci-fi, and all things medieval, he’s been focused on developing his storytelling voice, studying under legendary Argentine comic artists and carving his place in the indie comics scene. His style blends expressive characters with dynamic page layouts, always aiming to evoke emotion and momentum. When he's not at the drawing table, he's likely reading epic sagas or watching films.
Supporting Excavator through the years to the present is a vast lineup of celebrated artists in the biz, such as K. Lynn-Smith, Devlin Baker, Ken Mitchroney, Valentina Pucci and Monkia Maccagni!
