Originally started in 2005 as The No Name Show with Nick and Nathan “DJ Meat” Haley, the show covered news all over the country, ranging from tv and movie to local and national news. But soon The No Name Show soon evolved into conversations squarely about entertainment and pop-culture, stuff that him and his frequent guest, co-hort Jim “Jerome Wetzel” Dailey were passionate about. When it became evident that The No Name Show was something else.
The No Name Show was renamed soon thereafter to The Good, The Bad & The Geeky!
The Good, The Bad & The Geeky! (or GBG for short), found on http://www.gbgpodcast.com soon had a rotating cast of people like Nathan, Jim, Jon Bettin, Charmae Riggs talking all types of pop-culture with a focus on more immature college talk.
Through the years, GBG has evolved, matured and more focused and now is a podcast where Nick Arganbright sits down with some of his friends in the local Columbus Ohio theater, film and improv scene and talk a bunch of geeky stuff, usually focusing on one topic that bobs and weaves into other things… Where some of it is good, some bad but all of it definitely geeky.
Contains spoilers and explicit content, parental discretion is advised. Each season of GBG has updates that vary from weekly to bi-weekly, running from anywhere between January to September/October every year.
