A: Unfortunately we do not.
Q: Do you have any idea how to get one?
A: You can see one on eBay pop up occasionally.

A: No. Sorry.
Q: Are there any plans to finish Issue 2, and print out Issue 2? Also: reprinting Issue 1?
A: Viacom didn't like us doing the book and forbade us from going further with the whole shebang. Maybe one day we'll find a way to release it. Until then, sorry folks.
